At Tooled Up Foundation, our mission is to break cycles of disadvantage by equipping young people with the tools they need to succeed in life, not just in the classroom.
 

We work with schools, families and communities to create safe, nurturing environments where children and young adults can develop resilience, build positive relationships and realise their full potential. Whether through therapeutic mentoring, sports initiatives or behaviour and relationship education, our work is grounded in consistency, cultural awareness and a deep belief in every young person’s worth.

By meeting young people where they are and walking alongside them, we help them build stronger futures for themselves, their families and their communities.
